WHAT ARE SUPPLEMENTARY ANGLES?
Supplementary angles are angles that (when added) equal to 180°. Here are some images and examples:
EXAMPLES OF SUPPLEMENTARY ANGLES
Let’s say you have two right angles. (Right angles are angles that equal exactly to 90°) two right angles equal to 180°, that means when both of the 90° angles are paired, they are supplementary angles.
Let’s have another example. How about 100° and 80°? Since they add up to 180°, they are also supplementary angles.
Are 120° and 70° angles supplementary? No, 120° and 70° are not supplementary angles because 120° + 70° does not equal to 180°.

BIG NOTE:
You can only have two angles to make a supplementary angle, but if you put THREE angles together and added together they make 180°, it’s still not supplementary due to the fact that there are THREE angles combined.
